There is no reason passport pictures have to look bad. Remember you will be looking at them and possibly apologizing for up to ten years.
We take the same care with passport photos as we do with all our work.
We also will take the time to make sure that the photos meet any unusual requirements such as immigration cards, visas, foreign passports, etc.
